From time to time we receive suggestions from patients as to how the practice could improve its service to you.
One recent suggestion was to include the first name of GPs when you are booking appointments on Patient Access so that you are aware if a doctor is male or female. Unfortunately, this information is taken from the appointments system where we are limited as to the number of characters we can use. However, the first names of all doctors and staff are available in Practice Staff in the box at the top left of the website.
We received feedback that patients with hearing difficulties can find it hard to hear when they are being called in by the doctor or nurse. In such cases, please let reception staff know when you arrive so that they are aware of this.
One suggestion received at Houston was to have higher chairs in the waiting room as some patients have difficulty sitting down. If this applies to you, please ask a receptionist to bring you a chair with arms which we hope will help.
